Winter is here! The crops are under cover. We have cabbages, kale, spinach, cilantro, sorrell, brocolli, and onions in the beds covered with translucent poly. The snow has put the flex-pipe hoop supports to the test...limited success. Looking forward to pulling the plastic back when the forecasted warmer weather comes later this week...see how things are holding up under there.
